Our luxurious Black Dal is naturally rich in flavour thanks to the whole urad beans we soak overnight and then simmer for 12 hours with a generous helping of creamy coconut. Slow-cooked tomatoes add a welcome sweetness and cumin, cinnamon and garam masala bring everything together with an earthy, aromatic undertone. Enjoy a bowl of this decadent dal for lunch or dinner with rice, bread, or on its own.
