Delivery, Returns and Refunds

Delivery

• All deliveries are handled by DHL. It is very important your details are correct for tracking purposes. SpiceBox takes no responsibility for failed deliveries on the occasion that you are not home or are not able to answer the door.
• All orders will be dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays, for delivery on Wednesday and Friday.

Refunds

• If any of your items are damaged when they reach you, please take a photo and send it along with your order number to spiceboxretail@spicelabs.co.uk, within 24 hours of delivery.
• Upon reviewing this information we will get back to you regarding eligibility for a refund.

Returns

• As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns.
